Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns that have not been requested and approved in advance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the conditions listed above: they must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, and you will need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
